She will not simply sell you a house to make a buck. On the contrary, she will be honest with you regarding the neighborhood, quality of property, and pricing. When you arrive to view a property that isn't what you are looking for she will not waste your time showing you a home that won't be the best fit for you. Once engaged in the contract process Karen will be prompt with all correspondence and documents. She will walk you through the entire process. Karen will point you in the right direction if you need reputable home inspectors, electricians, plumbers, or HVAC techs. If Karen recommends a business you can trust you are going to get quality work for a fair price. In our situation, we were looking to rent a property for short-term use. It became clear that we should pivot to looking to purchase a low-cost option instead. She didn't try to sell us on one option vs the other. She wasn't upset about having to change direction. She just wanted what was best for our situation and went about finding us a fabulous property in a wonderful neighborhood for a fair price during a time when real estate prices were out of control. One year later we couldn't be happier with our purchase.
